My name is Keith Finnell, and in 2015 I started Keith Finnell’s Home Inspection’s LLC. Our team of licensed, insured inspectors as well as myself and office staff work diligently to provide you with a great customer service.    When you call to make an appointment- you will be met with a kind voice who will work to schedule your appointment ASAP.

   Upon appointment- A friendly, knowledgeable licensed inspector will meet you at your front door to complete your inspection needs. Your inspector will be on time.

   Upon appointment completion- Your inspector will collect payment and you will receive your report(s) same night as service via email address you provide. We can also cc your local agent if email can be provided. Inspection files are pdf and full color.

   Your home will be left without a mess from inspector’s service. Shoe covers are worn inside your living area to ensure we don’t track a mess in with us. Our team takes pride in a job well done.

 

We work with the best roofing contractors in town to provide their clients with wind mitigation reports once roof install is complete.
